Easter Trifle

Ingredients

  • 4                 Brioche bun, torn into pieces
  • 6                 Strawberries, hulled & quartered
  • 1                  Mango, peeled & diced
  • 1                  Banana, peeled & sliced
  • 200 gm      Blueberries
  • 50 gm        Cranberries, dried
  •                     Honey
  • 200ml        Yoghurt
  •                     Coco powder 

Method

  • In a suitable glass, add some blueberries, then top with yoghurt and a few pieces of brioche.

  • Then add a little honey and another fruit, yoghurt and brioche.

  • Alternate in this pattern till you have filled the cup.

  • Sprinkle with coco powder and serve.
