Tatsoi Lettuce

Tatsoi the name being derived from Mandarin is also known as CHinese flat cabbage, spinach mustard, and broadbeaked mustard. It is high in vitamin C, folic acid, calcium and potassium. It is used in cooking with meats and vegetables and in salads and a variety of soups.
