Pine Mushroom

As the name suggests the pines are generally found beneath pine trees or in pine tree plantations. Predominantly orange with tinges of brown, large in size perhaps that of a mans hand. Again this mushroom has a nutty flavour, occasionally with a slightly bitter taste and can be utilised in almost every conceivable way, it is a very versatile fruit.
