Mustard Seeds

Mustard Seeds are the seeds of various mustard plants and range in colour from an off white through to black, Traditionally they are ground down with vinegars, and water to make a paste, commonly refered to just as the condiment mustard. THough the seeds can be and are use whole in a variety of Asian cuisines.
