Choko

Is known by many names including chayote, christophene, cho cho, mirliton, chu chu, cidra, gautila, and many more. Originating in Mexico, the plant is now grown in many countries and consumed through out the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Many people believe only the fruit is edible, when in reality the leaves, seeds, stem and roots can all be consumed.
